Our beautiful and loving son Patrick passed away December 27th, 2015 at the young age of 23.
He was a sweet and loving soul who enjoyed rock climbing, going to the gym, playing guitar, skateboarding, war hammers, and spending time with his family and friends.
Patrick was finishing his college degree in Social Services as it was his strong desire to assist people in need. Even with trying to conquer his own challenges he still felt passionate about helping others.
He is lovingly missed by his mom, dad, older brother Paul and his dog, Rocky.
